r   Return & Exchange Policy

We try our best to make our sales perfect and satisfy with our customers in highest degree. We understand some customers may ask for a return in some cases. If you are unsatified with our products, we can exchange the goods for you free of charge and accept conditional products returning. In this process,customers  pay all ship cost and Customs Duties (if needed)

But the goods on your order must meet the following conditions:
No cut, tear or rip on lace;
No dye or brush on the wig ;
Never been worn;
No glue, tape, oil or anything on the wig;
Complete original packaging of the wig;

You shall contact us within 3 days from receiving orders for return or exchange; if out of 3days, your request will not be processed freely. Exchange will be free of service charge.

The following conditions are not available for exchange:

Orders with errors by customers (including colors, lengths, head dimensions, etc.)

For lace wigs bought from our manufacyure, if any need, we can provide cleaning, maintainance and repair one time within three months, and the charge is USD 30.

The repair includes:
Wig cleaning
Repair bad tangles
Replacing hair loss

We will not provide any exchange, return or repair service on returned wig without our permission.
